What you will bring to our school

• Experience and ability to lead, inspire and challenge a skilled and committed staff team to deliver outstanding outcomes for the students at London East Academy and pupils at Al Mizan Primary School.
• Experience of headship or deputy headship or equivalent in experience in education.
• Experience of teaching in the mainstream system beyond school teaching practise.
• Commitment to promoting the vision and Islamic values of the school so that everyone feels valued as individuals and can contribute to creating a community who honour all people.
• Commitment to developing your own professional and Islamic self-development: a strong combination of Imaan, Taqwa, Competence (ITC).
